Description:
This 3D wooden model is modeled after the house on the TV show The Addam's Family. This model will NOT come painted or assembled. The model will be carved out with a laser machine on a 1/8" sheet of Baltic Birch plywood. The house is approximately 8.7" wide x 10.9" deep x 12.5" tall when assembled. The house will include a set of picture instructions on how to assemble.
Please note the listing photo is a computer render but will be same exact design. If you want to see the looks of the real wood please see other listings. It will look basically the same just with a brownish edge from laser.
Shipping:
Handling time does not include shipping time. I do not guarantee the arrival time/date of any item and will not be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by freight handling. If you need your item by a certain date, you MUST message me with the date you need your product by to ensure delivery on by that date. Some items might be late if busy and this is added to the handling time. If you would like a signature required upon delivery, you must request it and will cost extra; otherwise, all orders will NOT require a signature. On all international orders, shipping charges do NOT include any customs/duty/import taxes, which some international countries require. Any customs/duty/import taxes required will be the responsibility of the recipient.

We do not accept returns unless we have approved them. Returns do not include the shipping cost. You will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back, unless approved by us. If item is late that will not entitle you to a refund.
